As Introverts and Highly Sensitive People, we often find ourselves in situations that are overstimulating or that favor extroversion, so it's essential for us to know ourselves well, to honor our own style and needs, and to do what we need to do to make sure we're feeling at our best.
In this workshop, flow between stillness and movement with yoga and guided meditation. You’ll learn a variety of practices to cultivate well-being, and receive support in integrating these practices into your life according to what serves you in each moment. We are committed to making these workshops accessible to EVERY body!
What would it mean to show up to your life as yourself? Through discussion writing, meditation, and sharing, examine what holds you back and where fear lurks, and explore ways to give yourself permission to be who you are, to bring your authentic self to the world.
