S'mores Stories: “Relationship with Earth and Universe as a Spiritual Path”

Jennifer Farley’s path to becoming a therapist, shamanic healer and teacher was not an easy one. While she was inspired from an early age by a flow of curiosity, creativity, and a “natural ability to build relationships” with the beings of nature, she was also internally challenged by resistance, doubt, and melancholy as she questioned, “Can a white person from New Jersey be in the shamanic healing world or even have a right to be in it?” With deep listening and experiential ways of learning and understanding, she found her way through her “gradual, unfolding process,” in service of helping people realize that anyone can have this type of relationship with nature.

Listen to learn more about:

  • Reading discomfort as a message that a course-correction is needed;

  • Finding your own way of connecting with spirituality;

  • Cultivating profound connection with the outdoors and the wisdom that those relationships can bring.

Please Note: There is a short-lived audio glitch near the beginning of the video. As they used to say in the ancient days of television, “Do not adjust your set.” This is a message from the natural world, and it does not last long … Be patient. :)
