Liberatory Healing
Liberatory Healing is a living, embodied practice that acknowledges that personal and collective freedom must include the healing of trauma, both historical and present. It invites us to move beyond solely intellectual or political frameworks, into exploring the somatic, spiritual, and ancestral dimensions of liberation.
Grounded in the wisdom of Black, Women's, Indigenous, and Global wisdom traditions, Liberatory Healing calls for deep presence, radical tenderness, fierce compassion, and personal accountability—transforming not only inner landscapes, but systems shaped by oppression. This engagement is not focused on fixing, destinations, or solutions. It is a way of being – inviting us to attend to, feel, relate, and be in ways that birth new possibilities for justice, dignity, co-existence and love.
