Ever feel like you’re living your life in a fog, a little lost in rushing and doing, writing emails, interspersed with checking your phone and tending to others? It sometimes feels so easy to notice what’s “wrong,” while what’s “right” in this moment slips by without any fanfare. Sometimes it’s hard just to see what’s right in front of you! 

This is where our practice of mindfulness in tiny everyday moments can begin to shine. With kind and curious presence, we can find little sparks throughout any normal day (yes, even today!) when we can open our eyes, ears, and all of our senses, to engage more fully with what’s happening.

Each day for 31 days, you'll find a light-hearted inspiration to pause, notice, and reflect, to encourage you in taking small moments to be mindful and present in your daily life. 

You take it from there, keeping the invitation in mind throughout the day and seeing what you notice! 

So if you’re game to try it, if you want build the habit of approaching each day with the intention of being awake and aware, join us!
