Our offerings focus on embodying awareness and compassion as ways of being in conscious relationship with global healing, change, and transformation.
With an eye on providing a safe, comfortable environment for practice, growth, and connection, we are committed to making mindfulness and compassion both accessible and relevant, wherever you are. We offer a variety of classes, workshops and retreats based on secular teaching, ancient wisdom, and current application.

Climate Cafe is an opportunity to share, listen and connect with folks who are concerned about climate change and its impact on individual, local and global levels.
This is a mindful discussion group. It is not a lecture, therapy group, or an informational meeting. It is not about guilt trips or judgment. It is also not a group for debating whether climate change is “real”, or whether it is human-induced -- we take that as a given, based on overwhelming scientific evidence.
Experiencing the You-niverse: Connecting Your Daily Living with the Cosmos

Through meditation, mindful discussion, and experiential practices, we cultivate relationship sourced in steady mind and open heart as an evolutionary response to transformation.
Mindfulness & Meditation Practices
Sitting meditation is the heart of many people’s practice of mindfulness. There are, of course, many ways to practice mindful awareness, and the Studio offers a variety of ways: practicing outdoors, mindful relating, creative expression, community conversations, and more. We welcome total beginners, long-time meditators, and everyone in between.
Outdoor Engagements
We love to practice meditation and movement outdoors. When we are in mindful relationship with Earth, we awaken essential aspects of our being – connection, perspective, sensing, awe, meaning, and reverence. Research has demonstrated that meditating outdoors cultivates a sense of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We offer a variety of opportunities to connect deeply with the natural world, wherever you are.
Relational Practices
Bringing an attitude of openness and curiosity to our relationships can lead to healing and transformation. Mindful Relating and Emergent Dialogue engage vulnerability, transparency, and awareness of oneself and others – all in service of deep connection. In this field of co-creation and co-discovery, we come to recognize and experience our shared humanity on a deep, profound level.
