Relate Skillfully to Stress

One of the realities of being human is that we can’t choose to escape stress, but we can choose to develop a more skillful relationship with it.

Mindfulness practices can help us to become self-aware, practice self-compassion, return to equilibrium at the moment, and build resilience. In this series, shift your perspective on stress by developing a toolbox of resources to cultivate ease and well-being.

Participants will:

  • Learn easy and powerful breathing and mindfulness practices
    to release stress

  • Develop self-awareness of body sensations, thoughts, and emotions

  • Discover key mindset shifts that can transform their relationship
    to stress and self-care

  • Receive resources to continue practicing mindfulness
    throughout everyday life

This event meets online. Having a space that is quiet and where you are not likely to be interrupted will contribute to a more beneficial experience for yourself and all participants. Co-creating a container of respect and presence for this conversation will enhance the benefits of this experience for each and all of us.
