Celebrating 6 years of Being Aware & Being Kind in Community!
Last Sunday, Monterey Bay Meditation Studio celebrated 6 years of Being Aware and Being Kind in community! The years have brought inspiration, learning, and changes aplenty, and we arrive in 2022 with gratitude. One of the elements of our celebration was a sharing of what "lit us up" in 2021 and what has us lit up for 2022, and we invite you to take a moment to hear what our teachers Katie Dutcher, Marianne Rowe, and Jennifer Farley shared.
