Finding authentic and meaningful connection is a human need. Having a sense of belonging in community is human yearning.

In this series of Drop-in Meditation Classes we gather in community to cultivate the qualities of being and living that deepen our sense of connection… our interbeing with all. Through secular teaching, guided meditation practice, and discussion, we explore how to enter being and to show up with the qualities that we want to bring into the world.

Each date is a “stand-alone” class which is appropriate for experienced meditators AND those new to meditation. All are welcome to join us in this intentional cultivation of conscious relationship.

Classes are facilitated by Marianne Rowe, licensed marriage & family therapist, a founding teacher of Monterey Bay Meditation Studio and trained facilitator of Authentic Relating.

This is part of the Conscious Living Series.
