These meditation classes offer an experience of cultivating mindfulness, lovingkindness and compassion.

Each class in this safe and comfortable setting will engage secular teaching, guided meditation practice, and time for questions.

Facilitated by experienced meditation teacher and psychotherapist Marianne Rowe, these classes address specific topics related to bringing present moment awareness into daily life, in service of cultivating a sense of calm, connection, and well-being.

Each date is a “stand-alone” class. Participants may come to one, some or all classes. No previous meditation experience necessary.
