Courses cover a variety of topics that fall under the umbrella of mindful and compassionate living. In general, if you're new to practicing mindfulness and meditation, it's a good idea to begin with one of our introductory courses (Intro to Mindfulness Meditation or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) or take part in a guided drop-in meditation. However, courses are open to all! Each course is different, but will generally include teaching, discussion, and meditation. Reflective writing, relational, and movement practices are also be part of some courses.
Because we create materials for each participant, advance registration is required for courses. There is a registration button on each individual course page below. If you're able to sign up at least 7 days in advance, this aids us in making all the preparations necessary. If you need to sign up with less notice, it's a great idea to email or call us directly to make sure that we can accommodate your registration. We will try our very best!
Refund Policy: Your presence matters! When you register for a course, the teacher makes plans accordingly. In order to honor the needs of participants as well as the commitment of our teachers, we stick to the following policies:
Cancellation more than one week in advance: Participant may choose between transferring the registration cost to another retreat or course OR may receive a refund of the registration costs, less 10% to cover processing fees.
Cancellation one week in advance or less: We are unable to give refunds less than one week in advance.

Unless otherwise noted, all courses are held at the Studio, 529 Central Ave, Suite 201A, Pacific Grove, California. Street parking of 2 to 3 hours is available as posted on Central Avenue and the surrounding blocks. There is also limited 2-hour parking available in the lot behind the building.
Doors open 10 minutes before the start time. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
