Mindfulness Intensives with Katie

Here at the Studio, we offer many ways of expanding our capacity for being aware and being kind to ourselves and others. In service of growth and transformation, Katie offers space for individual exploration.

Join Katie for a pair of customized sessions of discussion, practice, and learning, around a topic of your selection. You’ll have one-to-one instruction and guidance, special meditations to deepen your experiencing, and invitations for home practice between and after our time together.

If you have ever wanted your own personal time to ask questions, or wished our classes fit your schedule better… this is for you!

Possible topics of exploration:

  • Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation

  • Tools & Practices for Introverts & Highly Sensitive People

  • Transforming Your Relationship to Anxiety

  • Thriving Amidst Uncertainty

  • Developing practices of mindfulness in nature

  • Refreshing and deepening your practice

  • Practicing self-compassion and self-care

  • Showing up more fully in the world, setting boundaries, and being your authentic self

Teacher: Katie Dutcher
Cost for two individualized* sessions of 1.5 hours: $140

Date options for summer**:

June 6 & 20, 5:30-7:00 pm

June 13 & 27, 5:30-7:00 pm

July 3 & 10, 5:30-7:00 pm

Notes:

*Sessions are usually with one individual, but if desired, can include two or three people with similar intentions and interests. Each individual should register separately via the form below, and that you are wanting to work with each other.

**If you find that there are other dates and times that would fit better into your schedule, please ask! Daytime slots are often available. Meeting by phone is also an option.
