“Intentional Living” is a special subset of our Studio community, a community that supports each other and provides accountability in service of our well-being.
While each of us may have different goals and follow different paths, we gather to share a common intention of creating coherence: unification between how we want to be and how we are being.
We’ll meet monthly to meditate, share intentions and goals, celebrate wins, and discuss challenges. Cultivating awareness, self-compassion, patience, and curiosity, we encourage each other as we thoughtfully unlink from reactive patterns and make intentional choices that support our journeys of wellbeing.
This is NOT: A prescribed method of reaching a specified goal… a space for tough love, advice-giving, judgement, or shaming.
This IS: A group of people who are invested in their own well-being and interested in connecting and sharing with others who are on their own journeys.
This group is part of the Conscious Living Series. Members of this group will also receive 4 drop-in credits and 10% off any course in our year-long “Conscious Living” course series!

In order to help form a connected community, please ensure that you can commit to attending at least 4 of the 6 meetings in this session. While the group will begin meeting in January, registration will remain open to join in February and March.
Facilitator: Katie Dutcher is a co-founder of Monterey Bay Meditation Studio and a Qualified Instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Katie has a passion for serving by introducing the practices of mindful awareness which can lead to a more peaceful and fulfilling life. She is active in the Monterey community, teaching mindfulness and meditation in schools and other organizations, and coaching private clients in applying mindfulness and self-compassion in their daily lives. Katie is on a journey of well-being, and is always seeking to learn and grow.
