Carving a Path of Well-Being: A Supportive Community

“Carving a Path of Well-Being” is a community that supports each other and provides accountability in service of our well-being. While each of us may have different goals and follow different paths, we gather to share a common intention of creating coherence: unification between how we want to be and how we are being.

We’ll meet monthly to meditate, share intentions and goals, celebrate wins, and discuss challenges. Cultivating awareness, self-compassion, patience, and curiosity, we encourage each other as we thoughtfully unlink from reactive patterns and make intentional choices that support our journeys toward wellness.

This is NOT: A diet or exercise plan… a prescribed method of reaching a specified goal… a space for tough love, advice-giving, judgement, or shaming.

This IS: A group of people who are invested in their own well-being and interested in connecting and sharing with others who are on their own journeys.
