Living Your Intentions


No matter if you internally groan a bit at the words “New Year’s resolutions,” most of us do go through some sort of reflection during this new beginning in an effort to set the tone for the rest of the year. AND, there may be an additional internal groan knowing that typically those resolutions/goals/intentions fade away pretty quickly as the month of January gains momentum. Well, if you are hoping to make 2018 different, then this class is for YOU. In this course, we will explore realistic ways to integrate intention into daily life, so that your vision can manifest as the year progresses.
