Sometimes, our focus falls on things that are lacking in our lives, or things that we wished we had more of in our lives. This can lead to feeling discontent and even melancholy. When we take the time to recognize all of the abundance that exists in our lives, it helps to bring meaning and joy to our daily being. Join us as we celebrate this abundance through mindful meditation practices that can hopefully be building blocks to intentionally honoring abundance moving forward in our lives!
