Please join us in taking the time to mindfully connect to the body. At this community event, we’ll practice gentle stretching, guided by what feels good to the body. We’ll explore self soothing practices, and we’ll take the time to give the body the attention it needs and deserves!
No experience with body work/movement is necessary, so please come and explore guided, mindful body care practices.
