Mindful Moment: Feel Your Feet on the Ground
When we think we're multitasking, we're actually just stressing out our brains by switching back and forth very quickly between tasks...and this makes us slower.
So as tempting as it may be to try and do two boring tasks at once, try instead to focus all of your attention on one task. You may find that the task goes more quickly, and maybe is even more enjoyable!
