Have you ever had the chance to lose yourself in moment, a marker in hand bent over an engaging design? Coloring is a great way to unwind and express creativity. Research has shown it can reduce anxiety, create focus and nurture mindfulness.

Come join us for a Sunday afternoon break of coloring and conversation with hosts Michele and ReNae.

No experience is necessary! Please bring your own supplies. For those new to coloring, some pencils and markers will be offered. You can also download a free mini coloring book at www.coloringbookday.com.

No need to register, just drop in!

Throughout the holiday season, we're sponsoring a Food Drive for the Food Bank of Monterey County. You're invited to bring a donation of non-perishable food items in lieu of payment for any of the weekday drop-in sessions, for Mindful Coloring, and for Marianne’s weekend drop-ins.

Of course, any additional donations to the Food Barrel (which will be located in the downstairs lobby) are most welcome.
